In an attempt to set a proper expectation with all of our customers, we wanted to write a quick note to talk briefly about our industry’s current situation.
Currently, we are operating on approximately 1/10th of our normal supplies. This is drastically affecting our Seamless Gutter installations and is starting to affect our Residential Roofing teams as well. This is not an exclusive problem to Prime Seamless Gutters & Roofing, LLC it is unfortunately state wide and quite possibly nationwide. Our ability to service our clients is drastically being impacted due to our supply issues, however we are doing everything we can to obtain what we need to complete your installations in a timely manner.
With the current material shortages, we are also seeing unprecedented demand and historically high prices paired with the very low inventory makes our job that much more difficult. Our schedule is also changing daily due to material availability and our suppliers are having great difficulty keeping up with demand and most of the time cannot tell us what they even have in their inventory as it is at such low levels. As soon as something comes in, it goes right out making it very difficult for an order to be placed. There have been instances when we order and are told its filled, we arrive for pick up and its is also gone or never was there.
It is a very difficult time in our industry and ask for your patience through this. We also ask that if you contact us via phone or email and are not able to reach anyone on your first attempt, please allow us 24-48 hours to return the call. We are receiving high volume of calls and not able to answer everyone. You will be contacted back as soon as possible.
