It might seem silly to get gutters in the middle of a drought, but as a native Texan I know... that we will eventually have a rainy season. I've been in my home for 3 years, and when it rains, one side of my house becomes a swamp, and with the pitch of the roof, it pours down off the back porch. Gutters are definitely needed! Not only to curb the swamp effect, but to preserve the life of the fascia boards that sit just below the roof line. If you've lived in Texas and bought or own a home, you know that rainy weather will warp those boards over time. Prime Seamless Gutters & Roofing did a wonderful job! They were easy to schedule with, providing a schematic of the plan following their initial visit, along with the estimate. Once we tweaked the plan Jace sent, they were ready to get us on the schedule--and EARLIER than was estimated. They showed up on time and worked nonstop until the work was complete. I highly recommend this company!read more

After USAA denied our roof leak claim stating it fell under... “general wear and tear” Zach took his time and walked the roof and was able to substantiate and provide proof of hail damage. Prime Seamless (and particularly Zach) were quick to respond to us and when USAA became difficult to connect with, Zach took over communications in order to move the claim along. I give 2 stars, but the roof quality appears to be very good. The crews were extremely... destructive. To the point my neighbors both made comments. They tore my yard apart and broke my sprinkler system in multiple places. They kept telling me they would work with me to take care of the issue, yet months later nothing was ever done. I finally took care of it myself and told them to do what they thought was right. As expected I never heard from them again.I would not recommend.I am changing this to 4 stars because as Andrew pointed out, it was ABC the delivery company that made the mess. I will not give 5 stars because to my point, it is Prime Seamless gutters responsibility as they are who I hired.And to be fair here, Andrew has offered to make this right.read more

Professional and knew what he was talking about, and... one of the single best things about this company is that the same person (Mitch) who came out to give me a quote and talk through what they could do to help with our drainage issues, is the same person who actually came to install the new gutters!! He even went out of his way to reuse an old downspout of ours he was going to throw away in order to add some of it to a downspout that was too high up on our house!! Highly recommend!read more

My house did not have gutters upon moving in and after getting a few quotes it was clear Mitch... and his team at Prime Seamless were the best choice. Mitch was very flexible and understanding about my timing and budget due to the new house purchase. He gave me options as to where we could install gutters and made sure what was installed was functioning in the most effective way. After the initial, install I noticed some overflow at the end cap. Mitch responded to me within hours of my outreach and came out the next day. He pointed to a slight issue in my roofing that caused a steep run off but he was still able to mitigate the overflow on the gutter at no extra cost to me. Mitch is been honest, respectful and efficient. Also, my gutters look beautiful and function very well!read more

I had new gutters put on recently by Mitch and Skyler and I am incredibly happy with them.... They used high quality Senox gutters and I was able to pick a color that was a great match for my house. When I called, Mitch picked up right away and he was so helpful. Throughout the process his communication was excellent, and he put my mind at ease at every step of the way. The day of installation, Mitch and Skyler arrived on time, and they were precise with their work resulting in a superior installation including a leaf guard that will work very well for me. They are true professionals and they know what they are doing. I had a less than ideal experience with gutter installation a few years ago and hesitated for a long time to try again, but Mitch and Skyler restored my faith! Best of all, the outside of my home looks complete now and I won't get showered when I step outside in a rain storm! If you are considering gutters, please give Mitch a call.
